This post might include affiliate links for products that I know and LOVE!
When I thought about what I most needed as a Trim Healthy Mama, I found that coupons were at the top of my list. I’ve tried a few methods of couponing before and every method took a lot of time and energy. It’s no secret that eating healthier can cost a bit extra. I want to make it possible for everyone to eat healthy food while sticking to their budget.
Each Monday, I will update this post with any changes in THM friendly coupons. Every Trim Healthy Mama friendly coupon I can find will be in this one place, which will save you SO much time! If you have a coupon that you’d like to share, you can comment or email me at [email protected]!
As far as specialty products such as sweeteners, peanut flour, and protein powder, the Trim Healthy Mama Store has the lowest prices I’ve seen.
Want to save even more money? Sign up for the ibotta app to get rebates on dairy, produce and health and beauty products. If you sign up through my link, you automatically get an extra $10 when you verify your first rebate (and I get $5 added to my account!). Win-win for both of us! Here’s my link.

This is awesome!! Thank you so much. I generally don't bother with coupons because most of the time it's not on plan.
The Fabuless Wife
Thank you for stopping by! I understand that completely! Hopefully as us THM's continue to buy on plan products, there will be more coupons available to us. 🙂
Kim
Yeah!!! Great idea!

I am on Silk's email list. They often send links for printable coupons. Today they sent an email with a survey link. After taking the survey, I was able to print a coupon for $1.50 off on half gallon of Silk. I get the unsweetened almond or cashew milk to stay on plan.

Don't forget the $0.75/1 Silk Cashewmilk rebate on ibotta! There is a $0.50/1 rebate, as well, for any half gallon Silk variety. Thank you, Cate, for putting this together!

THANK YOU!!!
Sarah
Just an FYI Splenda is not natural and is not on plan with THM nor is soy milk.
The Fabuless Wife
Hi, Sarah! Thanks for the input. Silk makes multiple kinds of milk, including almond and cashew milk. That coupon is good for any half-gallon. While Splenda is not on plan, a lot of THM's resort to using it in a bind or if they have digestive issues with on-plan sweeteners. Every family has to decide what works best for them. 🙂

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great week!

Thank you very much for the time and effort you took to put this together. I'm fairly new to THM, and on a very limited budget. This will help immensely!!

Thanks for stopping by! 🙂 Coupons are always such a blessing!

Nice post

Thank you for your input/reply about the splenda. I am one of those that cannot use a lot of the sugar substitutes, because of an allergy to the sugar alcohols in most of them. I am thankful that we are not stuck to using just one item like so many think we should.
The Fabuless Wife
You're welcome, Jill! 🙂
That is the great thing about THM! Our health and weight loss aren't dependent on variables! Have a great day!
Teresa
Thank you so much for this!

Sadly, I think the So Delicious coupons are not available any more. I have done all the site says but keep getting a message that the coupon program isn’t available or something to that effect.
Thanks for all the other great coupons….VERY EXCITED to use them and to follow up for more in the future.
I know this will help me in my THM journey!!!~

Hey, Jenny! 🙂 I don’t have any more info at this moment, but this page is updated every Monday! I’m working on finding more brand-specific coupons as well.
