I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
Emily Ley is a wife, mother, and creator of the ever so popular Simplified planners.
She wrote a book called “A Simplified Life” recently that helps women live a peaceful, simple life. This book is honestly one of my favorites and it’s a book I will refer to again and again. To start with, this book is gorgeous. It’s a hardcover copy with embossed pineapples (Emily’s signature style!) and a ribbon bookmark. It has beautiful photography taken of Emily’s daily life. It’s a book that can withstand a lot, which makes it an automatic must-have for my bookshelf.
This book is full of ways to simplify your home, your health, your self-care, your routines, your meal prep and more. Each chapter has discussion questions with blank spaces for you to write our your own game plan. This is a coffee-table style book with a purpose! The tips are practical, yet inspiring. I finished the first chapter and promptly cleaned out my little one’s room of excess toys! 🙂
I highly recommend this book to any woman looking to simplify their life and get rid of overwhelm! It also makes a beautiful gift.
