Single Serve Chocolate Stuffed French Toast (Low-Fat, Sugar-Free, THM:E!)
Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat. Lightly spray with coconut oil spray. Mix together egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla and almond milk. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and cook until egg whites are set on both sides. Remove from skillet and spread chocolate spread over each slice of toast. Top with strawberries if you wish! Enjoy.
