Candy Cane Cake
Peppermint Icing
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease your pans. Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix wet ingredients until well combined. Slowly combine wet mixture with the dry ingredients. Divide into your pans and bake for 20 minutes if using 2 9-inch pans, or 30 minutes if using 1 9×13 inch pan. Cake is done when a knife comes out clean.
Peppermint Icing
  1. Whip all ingredients together until light and fluffy. After the cake has cooled, spread the icing evenly. Enjoy!
